As a Logistics Assistant, you will support our daily warehouse and distribution activities, maintaining accurate inventory records and coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet client deadlines. Responsibility
- Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, and dispatching of goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and update logs in the warehouse management system.
- Ensure all shipments are properly documented and meet company safety and quality standards.
- Liaise with transport partners and delivery teams to ensure on-time delivery of orders.
- Perform regular stock counts and participate in cycle counts as required.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or damages in stock immediately.
- Assist in the preparation of shipping documents, delivery orders, and invoices.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or NITEC in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is an advantage but not required.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Physical fitness to perform operational tasks as required.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Must be comfortable working in the West region of Singapore.
- Good communication skills in English.
