Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including stock levels, movements, and discrepancies.
- Prepare and process logistics documentation, such as bills of lading, invoices, and customs paperwork.
- Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve logistics-related issues and optimize workflows.
- Assist in route planning and carrier selection to minimize costs and improve delivery efficiency.
- Track shipments using logistics software and provide real-time updates to stakeholders.
- Support warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods in compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Generate reports on logistics performance, including delivery times, costs, and inventory turnover.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve logistics challenges.
- Knowledge of customs regulations, import/export procedures, and incoterms is a plus.
- Ability to work flexibly, including occasional overtime or weekends, to meet operational demands.
