Responsibility
- Lead and optimize end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
- Develop and implement cost-control measures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Oversee and manage a team of logistics professionals, fostering a culture of performance and accountability.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and clients.
- Ensure compliance with local and international logistics regulations.
- Prepare and present regular reports on logistics and sales performance to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and sales management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proven track record of optimizing logistics operations and driving sales growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
