Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and ensure accuracy of stock records.
- Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to optimize shipment schedules.
- Implement and monitor safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
- Analyze logistics data to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies related to logistics and operations.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff to maintain high performance standards.
- Prepare reports on operational metrics and present findings to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse management, or operations.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and logistics software.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Familiarity with local regulations and customs procedures is a plus.
