Responsibility
- Assist in the coordination of inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring timely delivery and receipt of merchandise.
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, conducting regular stock checks and reconciliations.
- Support the merchandising team in designing and implementing visually appealing product displays to enhance customer engagement.
- Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve logistics-related issues and improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and delivery notes.
- Assist in warehouse organization, including labeling, storage, and retrieval of products.
- Track and report on key performance metrics related to logistics and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, retail operations, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to address logistical challenges.
- Basic understanding of supply chain principles and retail merchandising practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
