Responsibility

  • Prepare and verify delivery documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Print and distribute invoices, packing lists, and other shipping documents in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with dispatch teams to schedule and track shipments, ensuring on-time deliveries.
  • Maintain and update logistics records, including inventory logs, delivery schedules, and shipment tracking.
  • Liaise with internal departments, such as sales, warehouse, and customer service, to resolve logistics-related inquiries.
  • Monitor and report on logistics performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the resolution of delivery discrepancies or issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Support the implementation of logistics policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in logistics, administration, or a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or transport industry.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with logistics software or ERP systems.
