Responsibility
- Assist in processing and managing logistics documentation, including shipping orders, invoices, and delivery receipts.
- Support the coordination of transportation schedules and track shipments to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock levels, and supply chain activities.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth communication and resolve logistical issues.
- Prepare reports and data entries related to logistics operations for management review.
- Assist in optimizing warehouse organization and space utilization.
- Monitor and update tracking systems to ensure real-time visibility of shipments.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving logistics efficiency.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic data entry skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
- Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain principles is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing priorities.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative in a professional setting.
