Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnoses of foot and lower limb conditions, including biomechanical evaluations and gait analysis.
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs, including orthotic prescriptions, wound care, and therapeutic interventions.
- Perform podiatric procedures such as nail surgery, callus and corn removal, and minor soft tissue surgeries under local anesthesia.
- Collaborate with physicians, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic patient care and referrals when necessary.
- Educate patients on foot health, preventive care, and self-management strategies to promote long-term wellness.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic policies.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in podiatry through continuous professional development and training.
- Participate in community outreach programs and health campaigns to raise awareness about foot health.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree or higher in Podiatry from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration and licensure as a Podiatrist in Indonesia or eligibility for registration (e.g., through the Indonesian Podiatry Association).
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in podiatry, with exposure to a variety of foot and lower limb conditions.
- Proficiency in performing podiatric procedures, including minor surgeries, orthotic prescriptions, and wound care.
- Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to develop effective treatment plans for diverse patient populations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and healthcare teams.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is a plus.
- Adaptability and cultural sensitivity to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
