Responsibility
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Provide professional and friendly consultation to customers on medication usage, side effects, and general health inquiries.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including doctors and nurses, to optimize patient care and treatment outcomes.
- Manage inventory, including stocking, ordering, and monitoring expiration dates of pharmaceutical products.
- Educate customers on over-the-counter (OTC) medications, supplements, and wellness products to support their health goals.
- Maintain accurate records of prescriptions, patient interactions, and inventory in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist in health promotion activities, such as vaccination drives, wellness workshops, or community health campaigns.
- Ensure the pharmacy area is clean, organized, and adheres to safety and hygiene standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- Valid pharmacist license from the Indonesian Ministry of Health (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Prior experience in a retail pharmacy, hospital pharmacy, or clinical setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, drug interactions, and dosage guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and patient safety.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, based on business needs.
