Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Design and implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and independence in daily activities.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on adaptive techniques, assistive devices, and home modifications to enhance safety and independence.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Provide guidance and support to patients in managing chronic conditions or recovering from injuries and surgeries.
- Participate in team meetings and case conferences to discuss patient care and treatment strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in occupational therapy and incorporate evidence-based practices into treatment plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a hospital or rehabilitation setting.
- Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques, adaptive equipment, and assistive technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and documentation systems.
