Responsibility
- Manage and maintain the cleanliness and organization of locker rooms and facilities.
- Assist members and guests with locker assignments and retrievals.
- Ensure all locker rooms are stocked with necessary amenities such as towels, toiletries, and other supplies.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues or damages to the facilities manager.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or requests from members and guests promptly.
- Maintain a secure and orderly environment in the locker rooms, ensuring the safety of personal belongings.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of events and activities held within the club.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all visitors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
