As the marketing lead for our local stores, you will develop and execute data-driven marketing initiatives to enhance foot traffic, boost customer loyalty, and maximize revenue. Responsibility
- Develop and implement localized marketing strategies to increase store visibility, customer acquisition, and sales performance.
- Plan, organize, and execute in-store events, promotions, and activations to drive foot traffic and brand engagement.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and community organizations to expand reach.
- Design and manage voucher and loyalty programs to incentivize repeat purchases and customer retention.
- Lead and mentor a team of Local Store Marketing (LSM) staff to ensure consistent execution of campaigns across assigned areas.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics (e.g., ROI, conversion rates, customer feedback) and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with inventory, staffing, and store goals.
- Stay updated on local market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail marketing, event management, or local store promotions.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns with measurable results.
- Strong project management and leadership skills to coordinate teams and multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for partnership development and vendor management.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics) to track KPIs and optimize performance.
- Creative thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for retail innovation.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local language skills (e.g., Balinese) are a plus.
