Responsibility
- Provide warm, personalized greetings and attentive service to all lobby lounge guests
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems and relay them promptly to the kitchen/bar
- Serve meals and beverages with professional presentation and timing
- Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
- Upsell specialty beverages and premium offerings while respecting guest preferences
- Ensure tables and service areas are immaculately set and maintained
- Handle guest inquiries and special requests with professionalism and efficiency
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service delivery
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in upscale restaurant or hotel service
- Excellent command of English (additional languages a plus)
- Impeccable grooming and professional appearance
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, luxury environment
- Basic knowledge of wine and cocktail service preferred
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Indonesian work authorization required
