Responsibility
- Evaluate loan applications by analyzing financial documents, credit history, and collateral to determine eligibility.
- Conduct interviews with applicants to assess their repayment capacity and financial stability.
- Process and approve or reject loan requests in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of all loan transactions, repayments, and client interactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining loan terms, and offering financial advice.
- Collaborate with the collections team to monitor delinquent accounts and implement recovery strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in lending and risk management.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly loan disbursement targets while ensuring portfolio quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in lending, banking, or financial services, preferably in a pawnshop or microfinance setting.
- Strong understanding of credit evaluation, risk assessment, and loan processing procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients.
- Proficient in using financial software and MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving approach.
- Willingness to work in Badung, Bali, with flexibility for occasional field visits.
