Responsibility
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and personalized financial advice.
- Market and promote the bank’s loan products and financial services to potential and existing clients.
- Guide applicants through the loan application process, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all required documents.
- Conduct thorough Know-Your-Customer (KYC) procedures to verify client identities and assess risk.
- Perform background investigations and credit checks to evaluate loan eligibility.
- Collaborate with internal teams to process loan approvals efficiently and in compliance with banking regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering financial guidance.
- Track and report on loan performance, client feedback, and market trends to inform business strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in banking, financial services, or client relations.
- Strong understanding of loan products, credit analysis, and risk assessment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and banking software; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Customer-focused mindset with a proven track record in sales or client retention.
- Willingness to work in Bali, Indonesia, with flexibility for occasional field visits.
