Responsibility
- Process and manage loan applications, ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with company policies and regulations.
- Maintain and update loan records, databases, and filing systems with precision and confidentiality.
- Prepare and distribute loan statements, repayment schedules, and other financial documents to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Liaise with clients, financial institutions, and internal teams to resolve inquiries and discrepancies related to loan accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, summaries, and presentations for management review.
- Monitor loan portfolios for delinquencies and follow up on overdue payments in a timely manner.
- Utilize MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) to streamline administrative tasks and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination of loan-related activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in administrative support, preferably within the financial services or banking sector.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) with strong data entry and organizational skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work independently or as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with loan processing software or financial management systems is an advantage.
