Responsibility
- Process and package loan applications in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of loan documentation, including financial statements, IDs, and collateral details.
- Conduct credit assessments and risk evaluations to determine loan eligibility.
- Liaise with clients to gather necessary information, explain loan terms, and address inquiries.
- Coordinate with underwriters, appraisers, and legal teams to expedite approval processes.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all loan transactions and communications in the system.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth and transparent loan experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and compliance changes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in loan processing, banking, or financial services.
- Strong understanding of loan products, credit analysis, and risk management.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and loan management software.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations is a plus.
