Responsibility
- Process and disburse mortgage and hire purchase loans in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Verify and assess loan applications, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Liaise with clients, financial institutions, and internal teams to facilitate smooth loan disbursement processes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial regulations, loan products, and market trends.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Prepare and submit reports on loan disbursement activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with the sales and underwriting teams to streamline loan approval and disbursement processes.
- Ensure all loan transactions are recorded accurately in the company’s financial systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in loan processing, disbursement, or a related financial role.
- Strong understanding of mortgage and hire purchase loan products and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
