Responsibility
- Host engaging, high-energy livestreams to promote products and drive real-time sales conversions.
- Develop compelling scripts and narratives to showcase product benefits and unique selling points.
- Interact with viewers through live chat, addressing questions, concerns, and feedback professionally.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align livestream content with brand messaging and campaigns.
- Monitor livestream performance metrics (e.g., viewer count, engagement rate, conversion rate) and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging live-commerce platforms.
- Maintain a consistent on-brand tone, appearance, and energy throughout broadcasts.
- Assist in pre- and post-livestream tasks, including setup, troubleshooting, and content recaps.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a livestream host, presenter, or in a customer-facing digital role (e.g., social media influencer, sales associate).
- Exceptional verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia).
- Charismatic, energetic, and comfortable performing on camera for extended periods.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce, digital marketing, and live-selling techniques.
- Tech-savvy with familiarity using livestreaming platforms (e.g., TikTok Live, Instagram Live, Shopee Live, Lazada Live).
- Creative thinker with the ability to improvise and adapt to audience reactions in real time.
- Basic knowledge of product features, pricing, and promotional strategies.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
