Responsibility
- Manage and execute live streaming operations from setup to broadcast, ensuring high-quality audio, video, and stability.
- Collaborate with hosts, producers, and content teams to plan, script, and coordinate live sessions.
- Monitor live performance metrics (viewership, engagement, latency) and provide real-time adjustments to optimize output.
- Troubleshoot technical issues (e.g., connectivity, encoding, platform-specific errors) during live broadcasts.
- Configure and maintain streaming software (OBS, vMix, Wirecast) and hardware (cameras, microphones, encoders).
- Edit and repurpose live content for post-broadcast distribution (e.g., highlights, clips, social media snippets).
- Stay updated on live streaming trends, tools, and platform algorithms (YouTube, Facebook Live, Twitch, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with platform guidelines and copyright laws for all live content.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in live streaming, video production, or broadcast media.
- Proficiency in live streaming software (OBS Studio, Streamlabs, vMix) and hardware setups.
- Strong technical knowledge of video encoding, bitrates, RTMP protocols, and multi-platform streaming.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly under pressure.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools to measure live performance.
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Adobe Premiere, Canva) are a plus.
- Fluent in English; Indonesian language skills are advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings/weekends, to support live events.
