Based in the vibrant hubs of Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung), you’ll play a pivotal role in connecting with customers in real-time, showcasing products, and creating an immersive shopping experience. Responsibility
- Host live streaming sessions on Shopee and TikTok to promote products and engage with viewers in real-time.
- Develop compelling scripts and content strategies to maximize audience retention and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align live streams with campaigns, promotions, and brand messaging.
- Monitor live chat interactions, respond to viewer questions, and address concerns professionally and promptly.
- Analyze performance metrics (viewer count, engagement, sales) and provide insights to optimize future streams.
- Stay updated on trending products, live streaming best practices, and platform algorithm changes.
- Coordinate with influencers, vendors, or internal stakeholders for joint live sessions or special events.
- Ensure technical setup (lighting, audio, internet stability) is flawless for high-quality broadcasts.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Outgoing, energetic, and comfortable speaking on camera with a natural ability to engage audiences.
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok) and live streaming tools.
- Creative thinker with the ability to improvise and adapt content based on viewer feedback.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to troubleshoot minor technical issues during broadcasts.
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or digital marketing is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to align with peak live streaming times.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas).
