Responsibility
- Host live streaming sessions to promote products, services, or brand messages with energy and professionalism.
- Engage with viewers in real-time, responding to comments, questions, and feedback to foster a sense of community.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop scripts, themes, and interactive segments for live broadcasts.
- Ensure high-quality audio and visual production standards for all live content.
- Monitor and analyze viewer metrics (e.g., engagement rates, watch time) to optimize future streams.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform algorithms, and best practices for live streaming.
- Represent the brand at events, product launches, or promotional activities as required.
- Create supplementary content (e.g., highlights, teasers) to drive traffic to live sessions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Live Streaming Host, SPG, Beauty Advisor, or Content Creator with a portfolio of past work.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong on-camera presence with the ability to captivate and retain audience attention.
- Familiarity with live streaming platforms (e.g., Instagram Live, TikTok, YouTube, or e-commerce platforms).
- Creative mindset with the ability to improvise and adapt to audience interactions.
- Basic technical knowledge of streaming equipment (e.g., cameras, microphones, lighting) is preferred.
