Responsibility
- Host live streaming sessions with high energy, professionalism, and audience engagement.
- Develop and execute creative content ideas to boost viewer interaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align live streams with brand messaging and campaigns.
- Monitor and respond to live chat interactions to foster a positive community experience.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve viewer numbers and engagement.
- Maintain a consistent and appealing on-camera presence, including attire and demeanor.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative techniques into live streams.
- Represent the company at events, promotions, or external collaborations as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a live streamer, host, or presenter (portfolio or demo reel preferred).
- Exceptional verbal communication skills with a charismatic and engaging on-camera presence.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and live streaming tools (e.g., OBS, Streamlabs).
- Creative thinker with the ability to improvise and adapt to audience feedback in real-time.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and audience growth strategies.
- Professional appearance and ability to maintain brand image standards.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
