As part of our team, youâll conceptualize, script, and execute high-quality content from start to finish, ensuring it aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience. Youâll also manage live streaming sessions, interact with viewers in real-time, and analyze performance metrics to refine our strategy. Responsibility
- Develop and execute a content calendar for live streams, short-form videos, and social media posts.
- Host live streaming sessions on TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms, engaging with audiences in real-time.
- Create high-quality, platform-optimized content (scripts, visuals, edits) from ideation to publication.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align content with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
- Monitor analytics and KPIs (views, engagement, follower growth) to refine content strategy.
- Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to maximize reach.
- Manage community interactions, responding to comments and messages to foster engagement.
- Coordinate with influencers, guests, or team members for collaborative live sessions or content.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Live Streamer, or Social Media Manager (portfolio required).
- Strong on-camera presence with excellent communication and improvisation skills.
- Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design (Canva, Photoshop).
- Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and adapt strategies based on data.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling, trends, and audience engagement.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (additional languages are a plus).
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas).
