Responsibility
- Host engaging live streaming sessions on skincare and beauty topics, ensuring high viewer interaction and retention.
- Present and demonstrate skincare products in a compelling, informative, and persuasive manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop live stream scripts, themes, and promotional strategies.
- Monitor and respond to viewer comments and questions in real-time to foster a sense of community.
- Analyze live stream performance metrics (viewer count, engagement, sales conversions) and provide feedback for improvement.
- Ensure professional presentation standards, including lighting, audio, and camera setup for high-quality broadcasts.
- Stay updated on skincare trends, product knowledge, and industry best practices to deliver accurate and valuable content.
- Participate in rehearsals and pre-live preparations to ensure smooth and error-free sessions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a live stream host, presenter, or content creator in beauty, skincare, or related fields.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (fluency in Indonesian is a plus).
- Confident, charismatic, and comfortable speaking on camera with a professional yet relatable demeanor.
- Strong understanding of skincare products, ingredients, and beauty trends.
- Ability to engage and interact with live audiences, responding to questions and comments dynamically.
- Basic technical skills for live streaming setups, including camera, microphone, and lighting adjustments.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate live stream schedules.
