Responsibility
- Host live streaming sessions with energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
- Engage with viewers in real-time, responding to comments and fostering a sense of community.
- Promote products or services effectively to drive sales and conversions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute engaging live content.
- Monitor audience feedback and adjust presentation style to maximize engagement.
- Maintain a consistent on-brand tone and messaging during live sessions.
- Track and report key performance metrics, such as viewer count, engagement rate, and sales conversions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in live streaming and digital marketing.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a live stream host, presenter, or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident on-camera presence.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think on your feet and adapt to live situations.
- Strong sales or persuasion skills with a track record of driving conversions.
- Familiarity with live streaming platforms, tools, and best practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Passion for digital content creation and audience engagement.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
