Responsibility
- Conduct engaging live streaming sessions to showcase and demonstrate products to our online audience.
- Interact with viewers in real-time, responding to comments and inquiries to boost engagement and brand loyalty.
- Develop creative content ideas to keep the live stream fresh, exciting, and trend-focused.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand product features and key selling points.
- Meet and exceed daily sales targets through persuasive presentation and promotional techniques.
- Maintain a professional and high-energy atmosphere during all broadcasts.
- Assist in basic setup and troubleshooting of live streaming equipment as needed.
Qualifications
- Confident, outgoing, and comfortable speaking in front of a camera and live audience.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Energetic personality with the ability to maintain high levels of enthusiasm during long sessions.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce live streaming platforms (e.g., TikTok, Shopee, Lazada).
- Proactive mindset with a strong drive to achieve sales goals and commission targets.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings as required.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or public speaking is a significant advantage.
