Responsibility
- Conduct high-energy live streaming sessions on various social media platforms to promote products.
- Interact with viewers in real-time, responding to comments and addressing inquiries to boost audience engagement.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits clearly and persuasively to convert viewers into customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to prepare scripts, talking points, and showcase themes for upcoming sessions.
- Keep up-to-date with current e-commerce trends and social media features to optimize stream performance.
- Maintain a professional, polished, and enthusiastic on-camera presence at all times.
- Analyze viewer feedback and engagement metrics to improve future live-streaming strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills in English, Malay, or Mandarin (multilingual is a significant advantage).
- Confidence and comfort appearing on camera for extended periods.
- Excellent improvisation skills—you can think on your feet and keep the conversation flowing.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms (TikTok, Shopee Live, etc.).
- High level of energy, positivity, and a friendly personality that resonates with an online audience.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as required by live-streaming schedules.
- Previous experience in acting, sales, or public speaking is a major plus, though not required.
