Responsibility
- Develop, write, and pitch compelling scripts for diverse video formats, including TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Manage end-to-end production cycles, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within creative specifications.
- Coordinate with and manage creator partnerships to ensure brand alignment and content quality.
- Analyze platform-specific trends and audience data to iterate on content strategies for maximum engagement.
- Collaborate with internal design and editing teams to refine video aesthetics and brand messaging.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for creator communications, fostering long-term collaborative relationships.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for future content optimization.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in creative production, digital marketing, or creator management.
- Proven track record of managing content workflows and working with digital influencers or creators.
- Exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills with a portfolio of successful video projects.
- Deep understanding of current social media trends and algorithm best practices across major video platforms.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high standards of productivity.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to effectively manage multiple creator relationships simultaneously.
- Proficiency in basic video editing tools or project management software is a significant advantage.
