Responsibility
- Host live product demonstrations and test rides at events, dealerships, and public spaces to showcase Yadeaâs electric vehicles.
- Engage with customers to explain features, benefits, and technical specifications of Yadea scooters and motorcycles.
- Drive sales by identifying customer needs, addressing objections, and closing deals with a consultative approach.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, social media activations, and local partnerships.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Yadeaâs product portfolio, pricing, and competitive advantages.
- Collect customer feedback and report insights to improve product presentations and sales strategies.
- Represent Yadea at trade shows, community events, and corporate functions with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and qualify for performance-based bonuses tied to unit sales.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or event hosting (automotive or retail preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- Passion for sustainable transportation and a willingness to learn about electric vehicles.
- Confident public speaker with experience in live presentations or demonstrations.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate weekend/evening events and travel within Bali.
- Valid driverâs license (motorcycle license is a strong advantage).
