Responsibility
- Safely operate and maneuver liquid bulk tanker trucks to transport products to customer sites across Bali and surrounding regions.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
- Load and unload liquid bulk materials using specialized equipment while adhering to industry regulations and company protocols.
- Maintain accurate logbooks, delivery records, and documentation for all shipments, including hours of service and cargo details.
- Follow all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies to ensure zero incidents during transportation.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and warehouse staff to coordinate deliveries and resolve any logistical issues.
- Perform emergency response procedures in case of spills, leaks, or other hazardous situations, ensuring minimal risk to people and the environment.
- Uphold a clean and professional appearance while representing Air Products to clients and the public.
Qualifications
- Valid Indonesian Class A or B commercial driver’s license (SIM A/B) with tanker endorsement (or equivalent certification).
- Minimum 3+ years of experience driving liquid bulk tanker trucks or similar heavy vehicles.
- Proven clean driving record with no major violations or accidents in the past 5 years.
- In-depth knowledge of DOT regulations, hazardous materials (HAZMAT) handling, and liquid bulk transport safety protocols.
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks, including climbing, lifting (up to 25 kg), and operating loading/unloading equipment.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to read and interpret delivery instructions.
- Familiarity with GPS and route planning tools to optimize delivery efficiency.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by operational needs.
