Responsibility

  • Prepare and execute high-quality dishes according to KUSI’s standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Ensure all ingredients are properly prepped, portioned, and stored daily to maintain optimal freshness.
  • Maintain excellent hygiene, cleanliness, and structural organization across all kitchen stations.
  • Collaborate effectively with the kitchen brigade to ensure smooth and timely service during busy periods.
  • Adhere strictly to food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety protocols.
  • Monitor food stock levels and report any quality issues or shortages to the kitchen management.
  • Assist in daily kitchen setup, opening, and closing procedures with high discipline.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience working as a Cook, Commis Chef, or similar kitchen role.
  • Genuine passion for flavors, culinary arts, and a strong desire to learn and improve.
