From curating bespoke wellness retreats to managing state-of-the-art facilities, you will lead a team dedicated to promoting holistic health. Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive fitness and wellness programming tailored to high-end resort guests.
- Oversee daily Health Club operations, ensuring adherence to the highest safety and service standards.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of fitness trainers, yoga instructors, and spa specialists.
- Manage the facility budget, including equipment procurement, maintenance, and resource allocation.
- Drive guest engagement through creative workshops, wellness retreats, and community-building events.
- Monitor industry trends to continuously evolve our wellness offerings and maintain a competitive edge.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams to promote wellness packages and maximize membership utilization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fitness management, preferably within a luxury resort or premium gym setting.
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams.
- Deep knowledge of fitness trends, wellness programming, and health-related hospitality services.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide exceptional guest service to an international clientele.
- Relevant fitness certifications (e.g., ACE, NASM, or equivalent) and proficiency in health club management software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
