Responsibility
- Lead high-energy group fitness sessions following BFT’s structured training programs.
- Provide personalized coaching, technique corrections, and motivation to clients of all fitness levels.
- Monitor and track client progress, offering guidance to help them reach their goals.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive training environment, ensuring proper equipment usage and injury prevention.
- Engage with members to build rapport, foster community, and encourage long-term commitment.
- Assist in onboarding new clients, including fitness assessments and program introductions.
- Collaborate with the team to organize fitness challenges, workshops, and community events.
- Uphold BFT’s standards of professionalism, cleanliness, and customer service.
Qualifications
- Certified Personal Trainer (e.g., ACE, NASM, ISSA, or equivalent).
- Proven experience in group fitness coaching or personal training.
- Strong knowledge of functional training, strength conditioning, and HIIT methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and engage clients.
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- First Aid/CPR certification is a plus.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
