Responsibility
- Develop and implement innovative wellness programs and packages that enhance guest experiences and drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with gym and spa teams to ensure operational excellence and service consistency across all properties
- Create and execute strategic sales initiatives to maximize utilization of wellness facilities and services
- Analyze market trends and guest feedback to continuously improve and tailor lifestyle offerings
- Manage promotional campaigns and partnerships to increase brand visibility and guest engagement
- Monitor KPIs and prepare regular reports on performance metrics, revenue streams, and guest satisfaction
- Train and mentor staff on service standards, upselling techniques, and guest interaction protocols
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations in wellness facilities
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality, with at least 2 years in wellness/fitness/spa management
- Proven track record in developing successful wellness programs and driving revenue growth
- Strong business acumen with experience in sales strategy and promotional initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for guest and team interactions
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus
- Certification in wellness, fitness, or spa management (e.g., CIBTAC, ITEC, ACE, NASM) preferred
- Experience working in international hotel chains or luxury resorts
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced environment
