Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive TCM consultations, including pulse diagnosis, tongue analysis, and patient history reviews.
- Develop and administer personalized treatment plans using acupuncture, herbal medicine, cupping, and moxibustion.
- Specialize in pain management (e.g., chronic back pain, migraines, joint disorders) and sports rehabilitation for injury recovery and performance enhancement.
- Educate patients on holistic wellness, dietary therapy, and lifestyle adjustments aligned with TCM principles.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (e.g., physiotherapists, nutritionists) to integrate TCM with modern medical approaches.
- Maintain accurate patient records and track progress to ensure treatment efficacy.
- Stay updated with advancements in TCM research and incorporate evidence-based practices.
- Uphold clinic hygiene, safety, and ethical standards in compliance with local and international regulations.
Qualifications
- Mandatory: Valid Singapore-registered TCM Physician license (or equivalent certification recognized in Indonesia).
- Minimum 3+ years of clinical experience in TCM, with a focus on pain management or sports medicine.
- Proven expertise in acupuncture, herbal prescriptions, and manual therapies (e.g., Tuina).
- Fluency in English (additional proficiency in Mandarin or Indonesian is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal skills to build trust with a diverse, international patient base.
- Familiarity with digital health tools (e.g., EHR systems) and telemedicine practices.
- Commitment to continuous learning and participation in professional development programs.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali (work visa sponsorship provided for eligible candidates).
