Responsibility
- Conduct one-on-one and group therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, utilizing evidence-based practices.
- Develop and implement personalized wellness plans that integrate mental, emotional, and physical health strategies.
- Collaborate with a team of wellness professionals, including nutritionists, yoga instructors, and medical staff, to provide holistic care.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.
- Facilitate workshops and seminars on topics such as stress management, mindfulness, and emotional resilience.
- Assess client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes.
- Provide crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute emotional or psychological distress.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in therapy and wellness to continuously enhance service quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
- Valid license or certification to practice therapy in Indonesia (e.g., Psikolog, Konselor).
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a therapeutic or wellness setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse clients.
- Proficiency in multiple therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, mindfulness-based therapies).
- Experience working in retreat centers, spas, or holistic wellness environments is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is advantageous.
- Commitment to ethical practice, cultural sensitivity, and continuous professional development.
