Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive technical audits of plant construction projects to ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Evaluate structural integrity, mechanical systems, and construction methodologies to identify potential risks or non-compliance issues.
- Prepare detailed audit reports with actionable recommendations for corrective measures and process improvements.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to address audit findings and implement best practices.
- Monitor ongoing construction activities to ensure adherence to approved plans, specifications, and timelines.
- Assist in the development and enforcement of technical standards and guidelines for plant construction and maintenance.
- Provide technical guidance and support to cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and safety.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in civil/mechanical engineering and auditing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Must be a Registered Mechanical Engineer (RME) or Registered Civil Engineer (RCE) with a valid license.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in plant building construction, technical auditing, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of construction standards, safety regulations, and engineering best practices.
- Proficiency in technical auditing, risk assessment, and compliance evaluation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
