Responsibility
- Ensure compliance with local and international pharmaceutical regulations and standards.
- Review and approve pharmaceutical documentation, including prescriptions, labels, and patient records.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement pharmacy policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain inventory accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Provide guidance and training to pharmacy staff on regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Monitor and report adverse drug reactions and medication errors to relevant authorities.
- Liaise with healthcare providers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless operations.
- Stay updated on changes in pharmaceutical laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.
Qualifications
- Valid license to practice as a Pharmacist in the Philippines or equivalent international certification.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
- Proven experience in regulatory compliance, pharmacy operations, or a similar role.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
