Responsibility
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, gas, and sanitary fixtures, in compliance with local and international codes.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan and execute plumbing layouts.
- Inspect and test plumbing systems for leaks, functionality, and efficiency using specialized tools and equipment.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure seamless integration of plumbing systems in new builds and renovations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex plumbing issues, providing cost-effective and durable solutions.
- Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs to minimize downtime and ensure client satisfaction.
- Adhere to safety protocols and environmental regulations, including proper waste disposal and hazard prevention.
- Document work progress, materials used, and service reports for record-keeping and client updates.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a licensed plumber, with a portfolio of completed projects in residential, commercial, or hospitality sectors.
- Valid plumbing certification or trade license (local or internationally recognized).
- In-depth knowledge of plumbing codes, standards, and best practices (e.g., IPC, UPC, or local Indonesian regulations).
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic equipment (e.g., pressure gauges, pipe cameras).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to handle manual labor, including lifting heavy materials and working in confined spaces.
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
