Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities (e.g., ultrasound, electrical stimulation) to improve mobility and reduce pain
- Educate patients and families on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and self-management techniques
- Document detailed progress notes and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with standards
- Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care
- Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patient response and clinical outcomes
- Stay updated on latest physical therapy techniques and evidence-based practices
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care with a focus on functional recovery
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist (local or international, with eligibility for Indonesian registration)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in orthopedics, neurology, or sports rehabilitation (fresh graduates with strong internship background may be considered)
- Proficient in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian/Bahasa is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with patients
- Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) and therapy software
- Commitment to ethical practice and patient confidentiality
