Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Administer manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities (e.g., ultrasound, electrical stimulation) to promote recovery.
- Educate patients and families on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and long-term wellness strategies.
- Document patient progress accurately and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
- Stay current with advancements in physical therapy techniques and evidence-based practices.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment in compliance with healthcare standards.
- Participate in community outreach programs to promote health and wellness in Bali.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in orthopedics, neurology, or sports rehabilitation (fresh graduates with exceptional skills may be considered).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with diverse patients.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to ethical practice and patient-centered care.
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain).
