Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities (e.g., ultrasound, electrical stimulation) to promote recovery.
- Educate patients and families on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and adaptive techniques.
- Document patient progress accurately and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
- Stay updated on latest physical therapy techniques and evidence-based practices.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment.
- Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and continuing education programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist (Philippines or equivalent; eligibility for Indonesian licensure is a plus).
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience in orthopedics, neurology, or geriatrics (fresh graduates with strong fundamentals are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients.
- Proficiency in English (additional fluency in Indonesian or Filipino is advantageous).
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to tailor treatments to diverse patient needs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
