Responsibility
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Provide expert advice and counseling to patients on the proper use of medications, potential side effects, and drug interactions.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient therapy and ensure the safe and effective use of medications.
- Manage inventory, including ordering, stocking, and monitoring pharmaceutical supplies to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Conduct medication reviews and interventions to improve patient outcomes and reduce medication-related problems.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including record-keeping, reporting, and adherence to pharmacy laws and guidelines.
- Train and supervise pharmacy staff, including pharmacy technicians and interns, to maintain high standards of service.
- Participate in community health initiatives, such as vaccination drives, health screenings, and public health education programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Valid and active pharmacist license from the Indonesian Ministry of Health (or equivalent regulatory body).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a licensed pharmacist, preferably in a retail or community pharmacy setting.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, drug interactions, and patient counseling techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and healthcare providers.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including pharmacy management software and Microsoft Office.
