Responsibility
- Supervise and mentor pharmacy assistants to ensure accurate dispensing of medications and adherence to safety protocols.
- Provide expert health, wellness, and safety advice to customers regarding prescription and over-the-counter medications.
- Verify prescriptions for accuracy, legality, and potential drug interactions before dispensing.
- Maintain meticulous records of dispensed medications, inventory levels, and patient consultations.
- Ensure compliance with all local, national, and international pharmaceutical regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care and medication management.
- Manage pharmacy inventory, including ordering, stocking, and rotating medications to prevent shortages or expirations.
- Educate patients on proper medication usage, side effects, and storage to promote safe and effective treatment.
Qualifications
- Valid Pharmacist License recognized in Indonesia (or eligibility for local registration).
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or hospital pharmacy setting.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, drug interactions, and therapeutic uses.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with patients and colleagues.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software and basic computer applications.
