Responsibility
- Dispense prescription and non-prescription medications accurately and safely, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Provide personalized healthcare advice to customers on medication usage, side effects, and general wellness.
- Manage and maintain inventory of pharmaceutical products, including ordering, stocking, and monitoring expiration dates.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care and medication management.
- Educate patients on disease prevention, health maintenance, and the proper use of medical devices.
- Process and verify prescription orders for accuracy, completeness, and potential drug interactions.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness, organization, and professionalism in the pharmacy.
- Stay updated on new medications, treatments, and healthcare regulations to provide the best possible service.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
- Valid Pharmacist license in Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Proven experience as a Pharmacist in a retail, hospital, or clinical setting.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, and healthcare regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare teams.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in medication dispensing and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software and basic computer applications.
