Responsibility
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Provide personalized pharmaceutical care, including medication counseling and dosage recommendations to patients.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient treatment plans and monitor for potential drug interactions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medication histories and allergy information.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and rotating pharmaceutical supplies to prevent shortages or expirations.
- Educate patients and healthcare staff on proper medication use, side effects, and storage requirements.
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international pharmaceutical regulations and company policies.
- Participate in health promotion initiatives, such as vaccination programs and wellness screenings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Valid and current Pharmacist license in Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in a retail, hospital, or clinical pharmacy setting.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, drug interactions, and therapeutic uses.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with patients and healthcare teams.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated on industry best practices.
