Responsibility
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with local and national regulations.
- Manage inventory, including ordering, stocking, and dispensing medications accurately.
- Supervise and train pharmacy staff to maintain high standards of service and professionalism.
- Verify prescriptions for accuracy, legality, and safety before dispensing.
- Provide expert pharmaceutical advice to patients and healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate records of controlled substances and pharmacy transactions.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to ensure patient safety.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care and medication therapy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
- Valid Pharmacist License (Apoteker Penanggung Jawab) in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or hospital pharmacy setting.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, drug interactions, and patient counseling.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software and Microsoft Office.
- Commitment to ethical standards and patient confidentiality.
