Responsibility
- Oversee the licensing and registration of pharmacy operations in compliance with Indonesian regulations (e.g., BPOM, Ministry of Health).
- Ensure all pharmacy activities, including e-commerce sales, adhere to legal and ethical standards.
- Manage and verify prescription processing for online orders, ensuring accuracy and patient safety.
- Develop and implement SOPs for digital pharmacy operations, including inventory control and dispensing protocols.
- Liaise with government agencies, suppliers, and healthcare providers to maintain compliance and partnerships.
- Monitor and report on pharmaceutical trends, regulatory updates, and best practices in e-commerce healthcare.
- Train and supervise pharmacy staff on compliance, customer service, and digital tools.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries or compliance issues related to online pharmacy services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (S.Farm) and a valid APJ (Apoteker Penanggung Jawab) license in Indonesia.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmacy management, with a focus on regulatory compliance or e-commerce.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian pharmaceutical laws (e.g., BPOM, PP No. 50/2020).
- Experience with digital pharmacy platforms, ERP systems, or e-commerce operations is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to interpret and apply complex regulations to real-world pharmacy operations.
- Proven track record in team leadership, training, and process optimization.
- Familiarity with GDP (Good Distribution Practices) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
