Responsibility
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently while adhering to legal and ethical standards.
- Provide personalized patient counseling on medication usage, side effects, and interactions.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to optimize drug therapy regimens and ensure patient safety.
- Manage pharmacy inventory, including ordering, stocking, and monitoring controlled substances.
- Conduct medication reviews to identify and resolve drug-related problems.
- Educate patients and caregivers on chronic disease management (e.g., diabetes, hypertension).
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on the latest pharmaceutical advancements and clinical guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Doctorate degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
- Valid pharmacist license (local or internationally recognized, with eligibility to practice in Indonesia).
- Minimum 2 years of clinical or retail pharmacy experience (fresh graduates with strong internship backgrounds may be considered).
- Proficient in pharmacy management systems and digital health tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of pharmacology, therapeutics, and drug interactions.
